Paideia


In Ancient Greece, Paideia was the type of education practiced to form the best citizens.  It included liberal arts (rhetoric, grammar and philosophy), as well as  arithmetic and medicineGymnastics and wrestling formed the physical aspect of education, while music, poetry and philosophy rounded it out.

Male excellence is not just about the physical.  But the physical can inspire the rest.

When we strive for excellence in everything, there will be no end to pleasure.
